Door de voortschrijdende wetenschap worden die keuzes steeds beter onderbouwd. Er is inmiddels veel bekend over de invloed van voeding&nbsp;bij ziekte en gezondheid. De wetenschap onderzoekt en ontdekt steeds weer nieuwe gegevens, waardoor dieetinzichten weer aangepast worden.&nbsp;<br \/>\n\tIn de bijlage vertellen we hoe de keuken voeding kan bereiden voor consumenten die een dieet volgen.<br \/>\n\tWe leggen uit wat di&euml;ten zijn en geven de meest voorkomende soorten di&euml;ten en enkele indelingen van di&euml;ten. Vervolgens herhalen we de tien spelregels voor goede voeding.<br \/>\n\tNadien komen de vijf meest voorkomende di&euml;ten aan de orde. Achtereenvolgens geven we uitleg over het ziektebeeld van de mensen die het dieet krijgen voorgeschreven. We vertellen wat het dieet voor hen kan doen. Daarna volgt de samenstelling van het&nbsp;dieet.
