Soms omdat ze er beter uit willen zien op het strand, maar veel vaker uit gezondheidsoverwegingen.<\/p>\n<p>Het is daarom ook onbegrijpelijk dat zoveel Nederlanders een crash dieet volgen.<\/p>\n<p>Een crash dieet is namelijk heel erg ongezond. Niet alleen werkt het vaak niet, en kom je meer aan dan dat je bent afgevallen na afloop van het crash dieet Een dergelijk dieet kan ook je gezondheid in gevaar brengen.<\/p>\n<p>Als jij wilt afvallen, maar dat graag op een gezonde manier wilt doen zijn er betere methoden. Maar waarom is een crash dieet eigenlijk zo ongezond?
